It has been 2 years since George W. Bush, and according to a Los Angeles Times poll, he still holds a 47% approval rating. It seems that, like Hoover, Johnson, Nixon, and Carter before him, Bush appears to be doomed to be forever hated and blamed for the bad timing of his presidency and the actions he took, or didn’t take while in office.
